Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, please email us at sales@amethystcreek.net—we’re here to make things right.

Refund Policy

After you request a refund, we’ll notify you once we’ve received it and begun the review process. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@amethystcreek.net.

Damages and issues

We inspect every product and hand-ship it with the utmost care—because our caregivers (that's you!) deserve only the best. While we wish we could deliver your order personally, once it leaves our facility, we're no longer responsible for its handling.
